FTP Clients
Dftpd and IndiFTPD have been tested with the following FTP client applications:
- SmartFTP
- FlashFXP
- FTP Voyager
- Igloo FTP Pro
- CuteFTP
- Bullet Proof FTP
Most of these FTP client programs provide the ability to send custom SITE commands to FTP servers. Also, many of them can connect using either explicit (AUTH SSL) or implicit SSL connection.
The most extensive testing was done with SmartFTP and FlashFXP. SmartFTP is a relatively good FTP client and is free for non-commercial/educational use -- see www.smartftp.com.
